Carpet and upholstery take up to about 4 hours to dry, depending on the carpet and the humidity on the day.
Yes. It's dry enough to walk on straight away, but we recommend taking your shoes off so you don't track soil onto the damp carpet.
No. Our truck-mounted equipment is self-powered, so we don't need any power from you.
We move most furniture (lounges, chairs and tables) free of charge. Heavier items and breakables should be moved before we arrive, or we can clean around them. We place protective tabs under furniture legs to protect both the furniture and the carpet.
Yes. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If you have a question or a problem after your clean, call us and we'll make it right.
Most homes should have their carpets cleaned every 12 months. Vacuuming removes surface dirt, but finer particles settle deep in the fibres and wear them down. We can remind you when your annual clean is due.
